In no event shall Apex, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software.
Apex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Software. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
