Welcome to Apex! By using our software (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms are legally binding, so please read them carefully before using the Software.

9. Premium Plan

The Premium Plan is provided as a lifetime subscription, but this is only valid for the lifetime of the Software (the "Product"). Should the Software be discontinued, terminated, or otherwise become unavailable, your Premium status will no longer be valid. Apex makes no guarantees regarding the continued availability or future updates to the Software, and the Premium Plan is contingent upon the continued operation and maintenance of the Product.

4. Termination

Apex reserves the right to terminate your access to the Software at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Apex does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apex, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Amendments and Changes

Apex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Software. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
